<li>Set up of OPR procedure, pioneered the use of this regime against final product imported into the UK with OPR relief applied to EU origin non owned raw materials with the agreement of HMRC.  Training of overseas garment suppliers to ensure that EU sourced raw materials were identified and exported through nominated forwarder to ensure compliance.</li>
<li>Setting of transfer pricing rates for overseas manufacturing subsidiaries to comply with tax regulation</li>
<li>Ensuring the accuracy of the valuation of product for duty and VAT purposes whilst taking advantage of any regimes allowing duty liability to be minimised (eg treatment of buying commission, seconds stock etc)</li>
<li>CCN audit of all styles to ensure accurate tariff applied to each product to ensure the appropriate duty rate and quota costs have been applied and that information given to support HMRC trade statistics is accurate</li>
<li>Continuous training of personnel through written procedures, handbooks and running training workshops at UK and overseas sites to ensure personnel are aware of duty regulations or EU legislation affecting them.</li>
<li>Engagement of new logistics provider and management of migration of bonded warehouse stocks from the incumbent including detailed reconciliation of bonded and commercial records ultimately authorised by HMRC</li>
